Fresh Air Production is a podcast and audio experts company that deliver broadcast-quality production value to create successful podcasts for their clients. After we were recommended by a friend, Fresh Air got in touch with us to create a communal workspace for them. Working with independent Interior Design Company Pepper&Co, we designed a modern and contemporary space tailored to them, reflecting their needs as a company.
We installed a bright, modern kitchen and private meeting room with double glazed crittle effect doors for extra style and soundproofing. The office was painted in bright colours with bold geometric shapes and acoustic wood panelling for design and sound. CNC’d into the wood panelling was a light-up logo, which creates a massive impact as you first enter the space. We hung 20 round acoustic panels to reduce echo and installed new stylish lighting above the custom bespoke desks and workstations, giving a radiant light to the whole room.
It was a pleasure working with the Pepper&Co team, and creating this light, contemporary space to help Fresh Air Production thrive.
Mark, head creative for Pepper&Co, spoke about the process of creating this office space with Spacelink, explaining the process in more detail. “Neil was looking for something out of the ordinary and a space with real personality, so we initially created inspiration boards to get a feel for what he was looking for. The chosen style became scandi meets urban, so we began working on the office space zones and investigating how we could help Spacelink bring this to life. Utilising materials such as wood panelling and terrazzo tiles, we designed a formal yet playful space and were incredibly impressed with how Spacelink transformed it into our vision.”
Neil Cowling, Fresh Air Production’s Founder, said, “Spacelink was brilliant end to end. We were amazed by how quickly things came together and how they understood exactly what we and the designer wanted. They came up with practical solutions throughout, and nothing was too difficult. The result of the office is exactly as we hoped. They managed to transform this space and we would use them again without a second thought.”
