We received a call from Evolve for a quote and a layout drawing of a 300sq ft empty warehouse space.
The plan included a meeting room, open plan admin area with four private glass-fronted offices, an R&D lab, a production lab, a goods in / goods out area + storage, an insulated sound room, a CNC machinery room and a dirty works room.
Along the way, we added a small office to the production lab and a glass office to the R&D lab for the MD.
