Job Description:

As a Sales / Project Manager at Spacelink Commercial Interiors, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. Working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Conduct meetings with clients to discuss project objectives, specifications, and timelines.
  • Sales:
    • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach and networking.
    • Collaborate with the design and estimating teams to develop comprehensive project proposals and pricing strategies.
    • Present proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns and negotiating terms to secure contracts.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that may arise, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining open and transparent communication.
    • Collaborate closely with the design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure alignment and coordination at every stage of the project.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and change orders.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones achieved, and any risks or challenges encountered.

Must-haves:

  • Proven experience in sales and project management, preferably in the commercial interiors or construction industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
