When you decide to refurbish or re-locate your business it can be an ordeal for you and your staff and customer/suppliers.

SPACELINK has eighteen years experience of making the transition as smooth as possible.

All businesses have there own special requirements. This is why Spacelink
allocate a dedicated person to work closely with you to ensure the installation runs as smoothly as possible.

• From inception we visit site taking accurate measurements and discuss your requirements.

• We then draw up your building together with either mezzanine floor and partitioning lay-out.

• These CAD drawings are forwarded together with a written quotation and specification. (We also include a drawing for your landlord if required).

• When the contract is complete we send our licensed building inspector

• HSE All works carried out with strict consideration within the guide lines of the Health and Safety Executive.

• Full details can be supplied regarding COSHH (Hazardous materials)

• Fire certificates. All systems installed fully comply with fire regulations
and certificates are fully available.

• CDM Regulations if the work falls into this criteria it is a legal duty for you and the contractor to ensure a safe working project.

• Starting the Contract It is important that the customer or representative meets up with the contractor and operatives to ensure everyone is fully aware of the job in hand.
